Responsibilities
- Embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and creating solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and global brand activities
- Contribute feedback to store leadership to improve processes, engagement, and team happiness
- Help maintain visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience
- Assist with inventory management and inbound/outbound product orders
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is a strong plus
- Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and learn quickly
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours, climbing stairs, and constant movement
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
