Store Advisor

Responsibilities

• Adopt and communicate the values and philosophy of the On brand to the team and customers
• Deliver a premium, exceptional, and personalized customer service experience
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of products and stay updated on brand activities (Products, Expansion, Sustainability, Athlete stories)
• Contribute to store management and improve processes and operations in collaboration with the team
• Assist with stock management and incoming/outgoing product orders

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail sales position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French and intermediate English
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and in a team
• Experience in the running, fashion, or sports industry is preferred but not required
