Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with customers
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store environment reflects brand standards
• Process transactions accurately and manage client follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
