Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and product expertise on the sales floor
• Support daily boutique operations, visual merchandising, and inventory standards
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding brand image

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and brand storytelling
• Fluency in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus
