Storage Technician

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and perform SOP-compliant bookings of goods in the SAP system (MIGO)
• Execute sample pulls in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Operate high-bay warehouses using forklifts, including storage, replenishment, and retrieval
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation for all logistics activities
• Manage external storage areas and ensure order and cleanliness (SIWAKO)
• Conduct annual inventory counts and weekly/monthly safety and maintenance tasks
• Manage spare parts and oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
• Ensure smooth interface and communication within the entire organization

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Logistiker/in EFZ or advanced training as a Logistics Specialist
• Sound knowledge of the regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP)
• Proficiency in SAP (specifically MM and WM modules) and MS Office
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and basic knowledge of English
• Valid forklift license and Category B driving license
