Storage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of central storage and receiving areas
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and preservation of inventory
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the Purchasing Department
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Issue materials and equipment to departments with accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal inventory control policies
• Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of the Store team
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Storage Supervisor or Inventory Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Hospitality Management
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
• Previous experience with luxury hospitality brands
