Responsibilities

• Provide individually adapted support to people with functional variations
• Support users in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities
• Work according to personal implementation plans
• Use clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach to create security and predictability
• Promote independence and well-being for service residence users

Requirements

• Very good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation
• Driver's license
• High school education (e.g., child and leisure program, care and nursing program) or post-secondary education (e.g., support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or relevant university degree)
• Experience working within LSS is a merit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LSS (Law on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments)
