Stockroom Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with the management team to achieve company standards and business objectives
• Process deliveries, transfers, and other stock-related duties with high accuracy
• Organize stockroom inventory and implement improvements to stock management processes
• Ensure timely and correct replenishment of the shop floor by delegating tasks to the team
• Act as a key player in maintaining SKU accuracy and conducting stock takes
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve results
• Communicate sales goals, performance expectations, and results clearly to staff
• Serve as an RFID champion, working closely with the central operations team
• Build strong relationships with Head Office, facilities, and loss prevention departments

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Proven experience in stock handling and inventory management
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflict
• Effective communication skills and the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging within a team
• Proficiency with stock control systems, preferably FIORI, Store Force, or RFID technology
• Ability to adapt quickly and work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment
