Stockroom Specialist/Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of products within the store and organize the receipt of goods
• Perform qualitative and quantitative checks on all deliveries
• Ensure stock is made available quickly for the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with seasonal transitions and physical inventory counts
• Provide high-level customer service by advising customers and proposing complementary products
• Support sales floor teams during peak business periods
• Handle cash transactions and utilize in-store digital tools proficiently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or large-scale distribution
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Cegid software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for mountain sports and the Salomon brand

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-end customer service
• Ability to interpret inventory reports
