About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product flow and stock replenishment within the store
- Support Sales Advisors by ensuring products are available on the sales floor
- Organize product storage in the most functional and efficient manner
- Receive and ship products and materials accurately
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays
- Control the quantity and quality of incoming goods
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Manage returns and ensure a full range of sizes is available for customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Information Technology (IT) tools
- Ability to work a dynamic and proactive schedule
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends
