Stockroom Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a stockroom team of five, fostering a culture of accountability and clear ways of working
• Manage all back of house operations to ensure stock accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Burberry standards
• Facilitate smooth product flow from delivery to the sales floor, supporting peak trading periods
• Partner closely with store leadership and sales teams to provide timely and reliable service
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external logistics partners
• Champion health, safety, and loss prevention practices within the stockroom environment

Requirements

• Proven experience managing stockroom or operational functions within a fast-paced retail environment
• Confident people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams through clarity and support
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Collaborative working style with the ability to build positive relationships across store functions
• Resilient and adaptable, remaining calm and focused during busy trading periods
