Stockroom Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and parts within the warehouse
• Resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records by tracing item history
• Pull inventory for Sales Order processing and transfer items to new locations
• Examine and inspect outgoing material for correct Part Numbers (P/N) and Serial Numbers (S/N)
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets, shelves, or in holding areas
• Organize the stockroom to facilitate efficient pulling for Sales and Repair Orders
• Provide customer service to the Sales Department and Quality Inspection team to resolve order conflicts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Ability to diagnose aircraft parts, materials, and component pieces
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and ladders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic mathematical skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills
• 1 year of experience within the aviation industry
