Responsibilities

• Champion a "Safety-First" culture at all times
• Pull, issue, and deliver materials for production jobs and internal requirements
• Pick, stage, and assemble open parts and kits according to production schedules
• Process inventory transactions in real-time within Epicor to maintain integrity
• Receive, put away, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas in accordance with 5S standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or inventory roles
• Experience using ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and barcode systems
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, kit lists, and work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control activities
• Valid driver's license
