Stockroom Clerk

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter inventory and receiving data into the ERP system
• Confirm incoming shipments and print necessary documents such as labels and packing slips
• Assist in checking and receiving incoming parts and materials
• Deliver items to proper locations and help organize the stockroom
• Perform inventory transactions including issuing, returning, or fulfilling backorders
• Conduct cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and reconciliation
• Assemble kits for production and ensure lot number traceability
• Support packing, labeling, and shipping of customer orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide support to the Shipping & Receiving department as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and comfort with basic math and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory, stockroom, or receiving experience
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
• Familiarity with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
