Stockroom Associate II

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while reporting any discrepancies
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organize inventory for efficient retrieval
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor to ensure product availability
• Execute visual merchandising updates and support sales floor activities
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy
• Support the team by responding to customer requests and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines to protect company assets

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in luxury retail
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including iPads, laptops, and Mobile POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
