Responsibilities

• Support store operations including stock management, tills, and fitting rooms
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire customer confidence
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• A passion for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
