Stockist/Runner

Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between the storage area and the retail floor to ensure efficient replenishment
• Analyze sales and KPIs in collaboration with the Store Manager to identify sales opportunities
• Ensure daily replenishment is carried out accurately and efficiently
• Organize and manage the storage space effectively
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards
• Ensure products are correctly presented, assorted, and labeled both in-store and in storage
• Support the general store team as needed

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar stock management or retail role
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to operational demands
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a group
• Passion for the brand and alignment with company values
