Responsibilities

• Manage product flows including receiving shipments, unpacking, and optimizing storage space.
• Coordinate with the headquarters' procurement team to report inventory levels and stock discrepancies.
• Act as the vital link between the sales team and the stockroom by retrieving requested items for customers.
• Prepare and track inter-boutique product transfers to ensure seamless stock movement.
• Participate in regular inventory counts (cycle counts and fiscal audits) and investigate discrepancies using house tools.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of all product lines to support boutique operations and performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or leather goods sector.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
• Strong collaborative mindset and a willingness to support the wider retail team.
• High level of dynamism and the ability to handle urgent situations with efficient problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for craftsmanship and luxury products.
