Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including receiving deliveries and optimizing stockroom space
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and stockroom to deliver items to the floor or clients promptly
• Communicate with supply chain headquarters regarding overstock or stockout situations
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of all storage areas
• Prepare and manage inter-boutique product transfers
• Organize and participate in regular cycle counts and fiscal inventories to resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure optimal product availability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience serving high-end, local, and international clientele
• Experience in luxury retail or leather goods is preferred
• Ability to work in busy, high-pressure retail environments
• Highly autonomous, adaptable, and resourceful
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
• A deep appreciation for craftsmanship and leatherworking
