Stocking and Sales Assistant (Frozen Area)

Responsibilities

• Receiving frozen products: quantitative and qualitative acceptance, storage in appropriate locations, and shelf replenishment
• Order processing: preparing frozen products based on partner orders using the PAM system
• Order consolidation: merging parallel orders and preparing them for shipment
• Shipment preparation: providing orders with customer information and storing goods in freezer containers or thermo boxes
• Quality control: performing quantitative and qualitative checks on prepared goods
• Inventory: participating in daily, continuous, and monthly inventory tasks
• Waste management: collecting and compacting generated waste
• Quality maintenance: monitoring product expiration dates and separating/labeling damaged or expired goods
• Professional storage: storing products under prescribed conditions

Requirements

• Primary school education
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Flexible approach to work and daily problem-solving
• Knowledge of goods and professional experience in retail
• Ability to adapt to various temperature conditions
