Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers using manual or powered equipment
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation methods
• Monitor product date codes to ensure freshness and quality
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells
• Communicate account status and inventory needs via the Teams app, including posting recap pictures
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting and communication
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on customer demand
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform bending, squatting, and walking tasks
