Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Transport products from backroom/storage areas to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage.
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation to ensure freshness.
• Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack items, and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells.
• Communicate with team members and customers via the Teams app, providing account recaps and photos.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail store personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer and technology skills, including the ability to operate a smartphone or laptop.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform bending, squatting, and frequent travel.
