Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers using manual or powered equipment
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation methods
• Monitor and report inventory levels in partnership with store account managers
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells
• Communicate account status and completion via the Teams app, including posting recap pictures
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Possession of a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more frequently
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for business applications
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
