Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Transport products from backroom/storage areas to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage.
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation to ensure freshness.
• Evaluate and process damaged products and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells.
• Communicate with sales teams and store managers via the Teams app, including posting recap pictures.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills, including the ability to use mobile applications.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or less frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and pushing/pulling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on customer demand.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
