Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting items from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays according to company standards and maintain proper signage.
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to ensure freshness.
• Monitor and report inventory levels in partnership with store account managers.
• Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack items, and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells.
• Communicate account status and completion via the Teams app, including posting recap pictures and connecting with sales teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with both co-workers and retail customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer and technology skills, including the ability to operate a smartphone or laptop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on customer demand.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform bending, squatting, and walking tasks.
