Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting items from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays according to company standards and maintain proper signage.
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products, monitoring stock levels, and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation to ensure freshness.
• Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack items, and organize backroom materials like pallets and shells.
• Communicate with sales teams and store managers via the Teams app, providing account recaps and photos.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• At least one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Driving record must be within policy guidelines with no major violations in the last three years.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for business applications.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or less frequently and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and walking.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts (starting at 4 AM) and occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
