Stocker Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Transport products from backroom/storage areas to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards and maintaining signage
• Manage backroom inventory by organizing products and utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation
• Monitor product date codes to ensure quality and freshness
• Communicate account status, out-of-stock items, and customer concerns via the Teams app
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and retail customers

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire
• Basic computer and technology skills, including smartphone and laptop proficiency
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience using equipment such as pallet jacks and high loader lifts
