About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily product deliveries to customers while minimizing distribution costs and adhering to legal and operational constraints.
- Plan and optimize delivery assignments, providing drivers with planned routes, loading/unloading points, and truck utilization schedules.
- Analyze demand, create orders, and coordinate bulk product deliveries to ensure high service levels.
- Validate driver trip documentation and ensure data accuracy within the database.
- Identify and resolve non-conformities while enforcing safety, quality, and transportation regulations.
- Manage emergency calls, respond to customer and driver requests, and address teleflo system alarms.
- Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, and equipment for installations, services, or emergency repairs.
- Analyze and develop logistics plans that impact production, distribution, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, business analysis, or operations control.
- Strong understanding of closing processes and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational firm.
