Stock Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage stock operations and maintain high standards of stock management
• Support visual merchandising to ensure the store meets brand standards
• Drive performance by achieving key KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, and conversion rates
• Monitor and minimize shrinkage to protect store profitability
• Mentor, motivate, and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Identify growth opportunities and maintain an entrepreneurial mindset within the store

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer service
• Proven experience managing KPIs such as sales, shrinkage, and mystery shop scores
• Strong people management skills with the ability to recruit and develop talent
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Vibrant, energetic attitude with impeccable personal presentation
