About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily store operations, including administration, sales, and customer service
- Manage inventory through timely shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and LP/POS audits
- Oversee loss prevention and risk management, including cash controls, bank deposits, and safe funds
- Lead people development by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Handle payroll administration, including reviewing and editing payroll punches and reconciliation
- Maintain store standards by managing supplies and ensuring back-of-house and front-of-house cleanliness
Requirements
- 2-3 years of retail or operations management experience
- Strong business acumen and operational skill-set
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assume responsibilities of the Operations Associate Manager in their absence
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
