About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily store operations, including administration, sales, and customer service
  • Manage inventory through timely shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and LP/POS audits
  • Oversee loss prevention and risk management, including cash controls, bank deposits, and safe funds
  • Lead people development by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
  • Handle payroll administration, including reviewing and editing payroll punches and reconciliation
  • Maintain store standards by managing supplies and ensuring back-of-house and front-of-house cleanliness

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail or operations management experience
  • Strong business acumen and operational skill-set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assume responsibilities of the Operations Associate Manager in their absence

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
