Stock/Merchandising Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the Connect, Consult, and Close method
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Execute rapid and accurate sales floor replenishment using RFID-enabled inventory processes
• Assist with merchandise pricing, security tagging, and replenishment
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation and housekeeping standards
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong organizational and methodical approach to tasks
