Stock Market Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and organization of documents related to the General Meeting of the listed company
• Coordinate internal and external contributors for the drafting of the Universal Registration Document (DEU)
• Ensure compliance with reporting obligations and the publication of regulated information
• Prepare meetings for the Board of Directors and its committees
• Conduct benchmarks, analyses, and draft notes on stock market law and governance
• Monitor legislative and regulatory trends
• Improve reporting processes and tools for the department

Requirements

• Legal training in business law or equivalent
• Expertise in stock market law
• Solid experience in a Corporate department of a law firm or a listed company in France
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, rigorous, and autonomous
• Analytical and synthesis skills
