Stock Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory controls to maximize efficiency
• Process incoming shipments, transfers, RTVs, and repairs in a timely manner
• Verify delivery quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies daily
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor to support sales goals
• Participate in formal bi-annual or annual inventory audits
• Support the retail team in meeting KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, and UPT
• Assist with visual merchandising, floor moves, and promotion changes
• Monitor and assist with the training and development of stock associates

Requirements

• Experience in sales and client service, preferably within the luxury market
• Ability to stand, move around the store, and use a ladder for job duties
• Physical ability to lift and push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid state driver's license (required for roles with off-site storage)
