Stock Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure oversight and management of all warehouse tasks
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members with a goal-oriented approach
• Manage goods receipt, security, and delivery note verification
• Maintain and control inventory levels and stock accuracy
• Coordinate goods transfers and picking processes
• Utilize omni-channel systems for efficient stock management
• Collaborate with the leadership team and departments such as Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation

Requirements

• Completed training in warehouse logistics or a similar commercial field
• Relevant professional experience working in a warehouse environment
• Hands-on mentality and strong organizational talent
• Ability to work flexibly and perform under pressure
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
