Stock Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the stock team and foster collaboration through effective information sharing
• Manage and support stock staff in achieving their objectives and implementing the Maison’s strategy
• Train new hires and ensure the team masters all internal procedures through regular meetings
• Plan boutique activities and resources, including monitoring schedules and leading morning briefs
• Organize stock activities such as receipt and inspection of deliveries, client reservations, and packaging
• Ensure smooth execution of rotating and annual inventories in compliance with procedures
• Proactively suggest improvements to optimize operational processes and logistical organization
• Perform regular stock analyses to support optimization plans and manage storage space efficiency

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position within the retail sector
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, and the energy to handle high footfall environments
• A true collaborative spirit and a willingness to support the wider team
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent situations and find efficient solutions
• A passion for luxury leather goods and artisanal craftsmanship
