Stock Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for satellite components, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and documentation.
• Oversee material flow across the site to ensure parts are delivered to production in the correct sequence and condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, labeling, barcoding, and periodic physical stock counts.
• Implement material obsolescence plans and manage the identification and replacement of obsolete components.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of sensitive parts, including ESD-sensitive devices and RF/electronics components.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to monitor stock levels, manage safety stock, and prepare replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with Production, AIT, and Engineering teams to resolve material availability issues.
• Provide material data and KPI reporting to management, including inventory accuracy and stock turns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or technical logistics within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of material flow, SKU management, and stock counting methods.
• Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled environment material handling.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or MES systems and standard office tools like Excel.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make data-based decisions.
