About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for satellite components, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and documentation.
- Oversee material flow across the site to ensure parts are delivered to production in the correct sequence and condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, labeling, barcoding, and executing periodic physical stock counts and audits.
- Implement material obsolescence plans to identify and replace obsolete components before production use.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of sensitive parts, including ESD-sensitive devices and RF/electronics components.
- Coordinate with the Global Supply Chain to monitor stock levels, manage safety stock, and prepare replenishment plans.
- Facilitate inbound inspection coordination and the disposition of non-conforming materials with Quality and Supplier teams.
- Provide material data and KPI reporting to management, including inventory accuracy and stock turns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or technical logistics within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of material flow, SKU management, stock counting methods, and obsolescence planning.
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or MES systems and standard office tools like Excel.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
