Stock Lead

Responsibilities

• Replenish floor stock and ensure size offerings are well-presented
• Maintain the footwear and apparel storeroom for easy access and refilling
• Conduct weekly Stock On Hand spot checks on top-selling products
• Coordinate stock ordering with the Store Manager to prevent shortages
• Maintain detailed logs for all deliveries, including consignment notes and error reporting
• Manage receipting issues and discrepancies with the Head Office merchandising manager
• Process faulty, damaged, or misfit products on a monthly basis
• Maintain accurate retail floor pricing in accordance with Head Office standards
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in full store stock-takes
• Plan with the management team regarding seasonal trends and stock strategy

Requirements

• Previous retail stock management and leadership/management experience
• Proven experience in coordinating stock ordering
• Experience leading and completing store stock-takes
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday) is essential
