Stock Flow Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional Planning and local teams to align on resource allocation for boutique openings and special events
• Partner with category managers to coordinate stock transfers for product animations
• Generate Purchase Orders for manual replenishment for internal boutiques
• Execute stock rebalancing initiatives and oversee leather strap management
• Conduct thorough inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy
• Manage non-commercial product flows, including prototypes, press samples, and travelling collections
• Process non-sellable consignment and gratuity orders in accordance with compliance policies
• Act as the primary interface with local Logistics teams

Requirements

• Experience in the luxury industry, preferably in Supply Chain or product-related support
• Understanding of stock flows, product assortment, and merchandising principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and provide insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP
• Experience in basic business analysis
