Stock et Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize boutique stock and merchandising activities to meet sales objectives
• Train and develop team members to ensure high standards of operational excellence
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines, including window displays and product placement
• Analyze sales indicators and turnover to optimize stock replenishment and floor layout
• Coordinate and receive deliveries while maintaining an organized and clean stockroom
• Conduct regular inventories and implement measures to prevent stock loss

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or commerce
• Strong merchandising skills and eye for visual presentation
• Proficiency in English to interact with an international clientele
• Ability to manage inventory and organize stock efficiently
