Stock Controller

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads
• Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity
• Manage the Hold and Release process
• Assist in the management of the pallet database
• Investigate and report all short shipments
• Complete daily and weekly required reports
• Handle ODT planning with Mars and Haulier
• Assist Stock Management with investigations
• Manage handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control, and samples

Requirements

• Previous stock control experience
• Knowledge of WMS
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage own time to achieve daily targets
• Excellent communication and investigative skills
• PC literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
