Stock Controller

Responsibilities

• Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads
• Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity
• Manage Hold and Release processes
• Provide stock traceability information for recalls and other requirements
• Investigate and report all short shipments
• Complete daily and weekly required reports
• Manage multi-client and multi-customer queries
• Assist Stock Management with investigations
• Handle handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control, and email queries

Requirements

• Previous stock control experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage own time to achieve daily targets
• Team player with ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• PC literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autostore WMS
