About the role
Responsibilities
- Organise and monitor all stock levels to ensure availability
- Execute weekly cycle counts and bi-annual stock-takes
- Supervise all stock movements, including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, and internal usage
- Maintain all product repairs within the system
- Oversee ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns, and KPI deliverables
- Maintain the stock room in accordance with PRADA standards and OH&S regulations
- Ensure the utmost care and protection of all products within the stockroom
Requirements
- Previous experience in a back of house or warehouse role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and stock control
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar inventory management programs)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work dynamically and agilely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team
