Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Organise and monitor all stock levels to ensure availability
• Execute weekly cycle counts and bi-annual stock-takes
• Supervise all stock movements, including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, and internal usage
• Maintain all product repairs within the system
• Oversee ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns, and KPI deliverables
• Maintain the stock room in accordance with PRADA standards and OH&S regulations
• Ensure the utmost care and protection of all products within the stockroom

Requirements

• Previous experience in a back of house or warehouse role
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and stock control
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar inventory management programs)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work dynamically and agilely in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team
