Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including opening cartons, applying delivery procedures, and optimizing stockroom storage.
• Liaise with the headquarters supply manager to communicate inventory information and coordinate with the sales team regarding stock levels.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and the stockroom to make requested items available to clients.
• Prepare and monitor product transfers between boutiques and foster information sharing within the stock team.
• Participate in cycle counts and fiscal inventories, analyzing discrepancies and assisting in product searches using Maison tools.
• Demonstrate versatility by rotating between floor missions and stockroom duties to maintain deep knowledge of all product lines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or leather goods sector.
• Proven experience interacting with a high-end, international clientele.
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to handle high-traffic retail environments.
• A collaborative team spirit and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced boutique setting.
• Ability to handle urgency and find quick solutions in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine passion for craftsmanship and luxury leather goods.
