About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including deliveries, unpacking, and stockroom organization
- Maintain an accurate and well-organized stockroom environment to optimize storage
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overstock to the sales team
- Act as the link between the sales floor and the stockroom by preparing requested items quickly and accurately
- Support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience
- Prepare, manage, and track inter-store product transfers
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory processes to maintain accuracy
- Follow internal stock procedures and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar stock, operations, or inventory role
- Experience within the luxury, premium, fashion, or retail sectors
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced department store environment
- Strong autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the sales team
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
