Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including deliveries, unpacking, and stockroom organization
• Maintain an accurate and well-organized stockroom environment to optimize storage
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overstock to the sales team
• Act as the link between the sales floor and the stockroom by preparing requested items quickly and accurately
• Support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience
• Prepare, manage, and track inter-store product transfers
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory processes to maintain accuracy
• Follow internal stock procedures and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar stock, operations, or inventory role
• Experience within the luxury, premium, fashion, or retail sectors
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced department store environment
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the sales team
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
