Responsibilities

• Sell high-quality collections through excellent customer service and expert advice in an appealing atmosphere
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while implementing sales strategies
• Build and maintain a satisfied customer base
• Support the implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines
• Assist with cashier duties and point-of-sale operations
• Adhere to all company guidelines and operational procedures

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Dynamic and motivating personality with a passion for the brand
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and readiness
• Polished, professional appearance and friendly demeanor with customers and colleagues
