Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and manage transfers, damages, and donations according to company guidelines
• Maintain organized stockroom inventory by style, size, and color
• Ensure daily replenishment of floor stock and audit markdowns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary documentation
• Report supply and inventory needs to the management team
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with technology and ability to read, count, and write for inventory processing
