Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient stock room environment
• Sensor, steam, fold, and hang merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready
• Replenish merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor
• Manage shipment discrepancies, transfers, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and damages
• Participate in all store inventories and maintain store cleanliness standards
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment
