Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments, ensuring all items are properly labeled and tagged
• Maintain an organized and tidy stockroom, arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records
• Support the store team in daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, pricing, and markdowns
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention and inventory control
• Help maintain cleanliness and recovery standards on both the sales floor and in the backroom

Requirements

• 2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience
• Flexible work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion
• A passion for retail and creating memorable consumer experiences
