Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the stock team through daily tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and recording merchandise in stock control systems
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and offsite storage facilities
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and all styles and sizes are represented on the floor
• Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and display
• Execute merchandise transfers by sorting, packaging, and sending items to other locations
• Assist floor staff with customers and help locate specific merchandise as needed
• Adhere to all loss prevention procedures to guarantee company assets

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders, use a pallet jack, and work in various weather conditions
